1. Shipping methods and costs
We offer several shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery address. The available shipping options and their prices will be clearly stated during the order process.

Standard shipping: orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after processing.

Express Shipping: Express shipping orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days after processing.

International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 will be processed the next working day.
4. Tracking of shipments
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.
5. Customs fees, duties and taxes
Customs fees, duties and taxes may apply to international shipments. These charges are not included in the shipping costs and are borne by the recipient. We recommend that you check your country's customs regulations before shipping your order.
6. Lost or damaged shipments
In the rare case that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue quickly.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Delivery to some remote areas may include additional shipping charges that will be disclosed to you during the order process.
