Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between ZEN Japan Trade s.r.o., with registered office at Družstevní 278, Horní Předměstí, 572 01 Polička, ID No.: 193 74 691, registered in the Commercial Register, as the Seller, and the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") when purchasing goods through the e-shop [www.zenmarket.cz].
1. Introductory provisions
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods in the Seller's online shop.
1.2 These terms and conditions are an integral part of the purchase contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.
2. Conclusion of the purchase contract
2.1 The proposal for the conclusion of a purchase contract is an order placed by the Buyer via the online shop. The Purchase Contract is concluded when the Seller confirms receipt of the order by e-mail.
2.2 The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order in the event that it is unable to deliver the goods (e.g. due to out of stock). The Buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible.
3. Price and payment terms
3.1 The prices quoted on the website are final, inclusive of VAT and all other charges unless otherwise stated.

3.3 In the case of payment by bank transfer, the purchase price is payable within 5 working days of order confirmation.
4. Delivery terms
4.1 The goods are delivered by carrier to the address specified by the buyer in the order.
4.2 Delivery time is usually [X] working days, unless otherwise stated. The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by the carrier.
4.3 Shipping costs are specified in the order process and depend on the delivery method chosen by the Buyer.
5. Withdrawal from the contract
5.1 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods if it is a consumer contract.
5.2 To withdraw from the contract, the Buyer may use the form available on the Seller's website or send the withdrawal by email to [email address].
5.3 In the event of withdrawal, the Seller shall refund to the Buyer all sums paid within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, in the same manner in which payment was made, unless the parties agree otherwise.
5.4 The Buyer shall return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal, undamaged, unused and in their original packaging.
6. Liability for defects and claims
6.1 The Seller shall be liable for defects in the goods upon receipt by the Buyer and for defects that occur during the warranty period.
6.2 The warranty period is [24 months] unless otherwise stated.
6.3 The Buyer shall have the right to make a claim against the Seller if the goods are not in accordance with the contract of sale (e.g. defective goods).
6.4 A claim may be made by sending the goods to the Seller's registered office address together with a description of the defect and proof of purchase. The Seller is obliged to settle the claim within 30 days.
7. Protection of personal data
7.1 The Seller processes the personal data of the Buyers in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Final provisions
8.1 These terms and conditions are valid from [date].
8.2 The Seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The amended terms and conditions shall be effective upon publication on the Seller's website.
